At the Wisconsin Veterans Museum Gift Shop, we strive to make your online purchasing experience as complete and simple as possible.
Payment
We accept credit card payment through Visa and MasterCard.
All purchases made by residents of Wisconsin are subject to 5.5% Sales Tax.
Out of state orders are considered tax-exempt.
When you are ready to place your order, please complete the Checkout process. This will create a Purchase Order (PO) for the order, and a Store Associate will be in touch with you to finalize details and get the order underway to you.
Fulfillment of Orders and Shipping All orders will be filled according to availability of the product in the Museum Gift Shop. As product is available, orders will be shipped within three (3) business days of completion of order. Orders will be shipped via USPS. All products are subject to calculated shipping rates determined by customer selected products. If product is unavailable, you will be contacted about backordering the product. All shipped orders will be accompanied by a receipt of purchase and the Wisconsin Veterans Museum Gift Shop Terms and Conditions of purchase.
Returns The Wisconsin Veterans Museum Gift Shop accepts returns of products. Returns can be done at the Museum Gift Shop or by mail. Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt of sale. Returns accepted must be in re-sellable condition. Returns outside the scope of these guidelines cannot be accepted. Returns are handed within five business days.
