We accept credit card payments through Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All purchases made by residents of Wisconsin are subject to 5.5% sales tax. Out of state orders are considered tax exempt.

All orders will be filled according to availability of the product in the Museum Gift Shop. Over the holidays processing may take longer. After receiving payment, orders are generally packaged and mailed within 1-2 business day. You will receive an email if there is an issue with availability. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail from Madison, WI.

Your card number is never entered on this website. After you place your order, a Wisconsin Veterans Museum Store Associate will call you directly to collect payment by phone.

Once you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email from giftshop.manager@dva.wisconsin.gov. When gift shop staff begin processing your order, a Store Associate will call you to collect payment. Once payment is received and your order ships, you'll get a final confirmation email. The "invoice" for your order will come with your Wisconsin Veterans Museum Store order receipt email.
