FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS--COVID-19 UPDATE

At this time there is a per-product shipping cost. Each product shipping cost will be added together for a total shipping amount. If you have a question about this, before ordering, please email us through the form on the right in the Contact Us section.
We accept credit card payments through Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. All purchases made by residents of Wisconsin are subject to 5.5% sales tax. Out of state orders are considered tax exempt.
All orders will be filled according to availability of the product in the Museum Gift Shop. Because of COVID-19, orders are processed on Wednesdays only; processing may take longer over holidays. As product is available, orders will be packaged and mailed on Wednesdays, or you will receive an email if there is an issue with availability. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail from Madison, WI.
When you are ready to make payment, you are taken to a separate secure US Bank website to complete payment for the order via Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. The State of Wisconsin uses this secure, encrypted US Bank website product for all its transactions.
Once you place the order, you should receive a payment confirmation email from giftshop.manager@dva.state.wi.us. On the Wednesday following the completion of your transaction (up until midnight Tuesday), when gift shop staff begins to process your order, you should receive a Wisconsin Veterans Museum Store order receipt email. A final email stating that your Wisconsin Veterans Museum Store order is complete will arrive when it is sent for shipping. The "invoice" for your order will come with your Wisconsin Veterans Museum Store order receipt email.
